Come out to the JCDC 2018 Civic Ceremony in association with the Hanover Municipal Cooperation in Blenheim Hanover, to commemorate the 134TH Anniversary of the birth of the Right Excellent, Sir Alexander Bustamante.

The participants in the Civic Ceremony include: Hon. Dr. David Stair, CD, JP Custos of Hanover; Mrs. Andria Dehaney Dinham, Deputy Mayor, Hanover Municipal Corporation and Mr. Colin Virgo, Chief Organizing Officer, Bustamante Industrial Trade with the Keynote Address to be delivered by The Hon. Dr. Horace Chang, MP, Minister without Portfolio in the Ministry Of Economic Growth and Job Creation with responsibility for Water, Works and Housing.
