Grand Gala

The Jamaica 55 Independence Festival will culminate with the Grand Gala. This will feature the music and culture of Jamaica, and performances from local and international artistes paying tribute to Jamaica.

World Reggae Dance Championship

Venue: National Arena, Jamaica Festival Village

Admission: Adult $1,000 presold/$1,200 at the gate. Children $400

The grand final of the World Reggae Dance Championship including 3 international competitiors - France, Poland and Australia. The event will be presented in a holistic “video light’ dancehall experience. It will be a space where there is the convergence of people of different classes, colour and ethnicities enjoying exciting dances, great music, food and company.
