Brithney Clarke Crowned Miss Kingston & St. Andrew Festival Queen 2025

Elegance, cultural pride, and brilliance took center stage at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre on Saturday, June 28, as twelve outstanding young women vied for the prestigious title of Miss Kingston & St. Andrew Festival Queen 2025.
At the end of an evening filled with talent, poise, and purpose, Brithney Clarke — sponsored by the Credit Unions of Jamaica — emerged as the winner.

A Reporter, Television Presenter, and Communications Practitioner, Clarke captivated both the judges and audience with her eloquence and community-driven vision. She secured the crown along with four sectional prizes: Most Active in the Community, Most Congenial, Most Poised, and Most Culturally Aware.

Joining her in the Top 5 were Johnique Francis, who wore the sash of Miss P.T.G Electrical & Building Solutions; De’Neille Olivia Grant, sponsored by FMA Custom Brokers; Britthney Watts, representing This Is Really Great Yogurt; and Rasheeda Murphy, sponsored by Amber Ontime Taxi Service.

Johnique Francis was named First Runner-Up and also received the Most Popular on Social Media award, while Rasheeda Murphy placed Second Runner-Up. Jennelle Jones was recognized for Best Performance.

The coronation showcased the remarkable capabilities of young Jamaican women committed to cultural development, social impact, and nation-building. It was an evening that celebrated the ideals of the Miss Jamaica Festival Queen Competition — elegance with purpose.

Brithney Clarke will go on to represent Kingston & St. Andrew at the National Coronation of the Miss Jamaica Festival Queen Competition, set to take place on August 2, 2025, at the National Indoor Sports Centre, as part of the Jamaica 63 Independence celebrations.
