Miss Denese Morrison is Regional Manager in charge of North Jamaica overseeing Portland, St Mary and St Ann. She has served for 10 years as the Parish Manager for St Mary. Prior to her time in the culture and creative industry, Miss Morrison has had experience working in the communication, and financial services industries.
Miss Morrison is a firm believer in education and has earned for herself several professional certificates including State Protocol and Business Etiquette. She has also attained a Diploma in Management Studies and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Jamaican Institute of Management, a Certificate in Project Management from Mona School of Business, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Resource Development International, and a Masters in Business Administration from Sunderland University.
As a member of Junior Chamber International (JAYCEES); she served as President for St Mary Chapter for two years, and State Vice President for Jamaica. As a result of her hard work and dedication, she has been accredited with life membership of Junior Chamber International and was awarded the highest accolade, that of a Senator in the organization. Miss Morrison is a Justice of the Peace for the Parish of St Mary, an executive member of the Lay Magistrate Association - St Mary Chapter and a Director on the National Board of Lay Magistrate Association of Jamaica.
